Fungi are generated by the accumulation of water, humidity, and a lot of shade.
Normally, rainwater does not accumulate on our synthetic palm thatch, as it runs off easily, keeping it clean. However, in areas with abundant vegetation or trees, leaves may fall onto our roofs, which is not a problem, as it can be easily cleaned with a pressure washer or hose.
